Shout! is easy to understand

We feel this is the most important aspect of Shout!. The system was developed first and foremost for business people.  And while you need some basic computer skills, you do not need any special training. 

Our primary goal was to develop a program that was complex in features but simple in function.  The biggest challenge was to create a single program that managed all critical aspects of your company:  invoicing, accounting, marketing and communication.

 

 

 

Private Member Areas

One of our favorite features in Shout! is the ability to create private member areas on your website.  For example, you can create a staff area, a section for your  Board of Directors or just general member areas. 

Your members gain access with a username and password that can be assigned to an individual or an entire group.  The system is completely automated. Should a member lose or forget their password, Shout! will automatically send them a new one.  More member features

 

 

 

Member Pricing and Member Only Products 

Another great feature of Shout! is the ability to create member specific pricing.  Shout! allows you to create a pricing structure for each group and for each product.

Intranet (Private Internal Network) 

Managing internal information for most companies is a challenge.  Shout! was designed to alleviate this headache by allowing you to create a private website/information portal within your public website.  This is similar to Microsoft's SharePoint.

Have Your Clients Pay Online 

This could be the most important feature when it comes to running any business.  Shout! enables you to create an invoice, have your clients view the invoice through your website - print the invoice or pay it directly using a credit card.

Event Registration 

Shout! has a built in features that allows you to sell event tickets.  You can offer tickets at a discount to members or only allow members access to  buy them.

Recurring Charges 

Shout! enables you to sell recurring memberships.  This feature completely manages the memberships process year after year.  Once a client has signed up for a plan / membership and has selected to pay annually, Shout! will take over and send them reminders before their due date! It will also inform you of who is due, who is past due and who has paid.

Communicate Faster With Clients

When it comes to communicating with clients, nothing is better than Shout!.  The built in mass email system enables you to broadcast an HTML email to a particular member or an entire group of members.

An HTML email means you can create a fancy looking email with images, borders and links back to your site.  This is extremely effective for marketing to existing members or potential clients.  More on faster communications
