Overview - The landing page is the first thing you see when you log into Shout control panel.  Along the top of the screen you will see the main sections of your control panel.  In the middle of the screen you will see quick links to often used areas like New Orders or Contacts.

 
*Configure Quick Links, You can change where the quick links lead to by going into:

• Contact > Contact Preferences, under the heading Shout Administration Landing Page Quick Links.

 
New Orders
Takes you to the Store section and to any New Orders that Exist.

New Form Submissions
Takes you to the Form Section and to any New Form Submissions

Contacts
Takes you to the contact directory.


Manage Email Accounts
Take you to another control panel that allows you to Manage your email accounts.  If you are using an internal system such as Microsoft Exchange to manage your email address you would not need this quick Link.


Launch Webmail
Takes you to your companies webmail account.  You can link directly to your email account through any browser by entering webmail.YourDomainName.com.  *Tip: you don't need to enter "www."


Web Traffic
Takes you to the program you are using to monitor your site traffic.
