The St. Albert Protestant School board needed a better way to manage specialized student documents across 17 schools ranging from Kindergarten to Grade 12.  They needed a robust architecture that allowed several levels of administration managed by head office and then by the principals, and finally the teachers.  The web based application  Mediashaker developed decreased management time per student and increased communication between management and teachers.

 

 

 

 

The Edmonton Transit Authority needed to consolidate a vast amount of information concerning bus branding.  Mediashaker developed a framework that cross-referenced information by category, item, and by use.

 
The robust system allows ETS to manage, update or delete information without having to contact a technical person.


 
 

 

 

Mediashaker developed a complex system to manage the licensing and recording of energy efficient homes for the Albert Government.  The system ties home builders, local associations, inspectors and the Canadian body that governs Energuide labels.

 
The workflow project allows for constant communication throughout the registration and approval process.  The success of the project has gained the attention of other provinces.  British Colombia has adopted the program and Ontario is looking to follow suite.

 

 

 

Alberta Builder Connect, Job Posting System 

 

Alberta Builder Connect is a powerful job posting portal developed for the Alberta Home Building Association.  The system was developed to generate new interest into the construction industry and recycle advertising dollars back into programs that benefit builders.  

 

The successfull project has allowed the association to better provide a number of value added services to all thier members.
