Overview - The Shout Contact manager is a powerful way to organize and search for clients.  A well organized contact database will increase your efficiency, communication and income.  Most business organize their clients in server categories whether it be by service, geographic location or status, you can do this and more in Shout. 
 
In addition to grouping and organising contacts each contact group can be given a different security level.  When you place a contact in a particular group, they automatically get the security level and attributes of that group. 
  
The Contact manager also give you a staging ground to communicate with clients, each client has a private area where notes, contracts, documents or passwords can be kept.  The client has access to this information when they log into the site.
