Welcome Message
The welcome message is an email sent to whoever signs up your website, it can be simple welcome or contain further service or product instructions. The default welcome message comes pre-configured with a Hello and Thank you for signing up. It also gives the client their username and password.
Send From – the Send From is what the client sees in their incoming mail program. I most cases the field is configured with a “no-reply@yourdomainname.com"
**If you do not wish to send a welcome message please leave the Send From Field empty. |

New Contact Notification
The New Contact Notification is the email you get when someone signs up to your website. This email will send you all the contact information including the client user name and password for quick reference. Sent to Field – this is where the email will get send to.
New Contact Notification Name – this is the name of the email that will appear when you get the email.
New Contact Subject - Notification of new contact signups will be sent using this subject line.
**Leave blank if you do not wish to receive any notifications. |

Forgot Password
This is the message your clients receive when they click Forgot Password or when a New Username and Password is given to them.
Sent From- Forgot password message will be sent from this address. Sent From Name - Forgot password message will be sent using this name. Subject - Forgot password message will be sent using this subject. |

Shout Administration Landing Page Quick Links
On the landing page of the Shout Administration screen (As soon as you Login) there are several quick links to often used sections and information. There are several there by default but you can enter your own.
Manage Email Accounts- If your sites hosted on Shout servers this link is preconfigured to go directly to Plesk. Plesk is the system that manages your hosting account and your email. Here you can add, delete or modify email accounts.
Launch Webmail - Enter the web address for whichever webmail system you are using Webmail is provide to every Shout client, this allows you to check your webmail from any computer as long as you know your Username and Password. If you are not using the Shout webmail service you can enter whichever system you are using.
Web Traffic - Shout provides ever client with a comprehensive website traffic statistic program that monitors site traffic and trends. I you are using another program you can enter the web address here. |
